The Global Services Team is tasked with managing the ISS Group’s hub agency agreements, working with customers and performing agents to ensure that all aspects of port calls are managed and executed in compliance with the customers’ instructions and policies.

Customer specific Account Teams maintain close dialogue with customers on financial and operational matters on a daily basis from nomination and funding through execution of the port call to final reconciliation. Fund management and processing of disbursement accounts is managed from the Global Finance Centre in the UK , while operational hub agency, including performance management, is handled by the Regional Service Centres in Immingham, Dubai , Singapore and Houston .

ISS’ Global Services Team works with customers to identify cost efficiency and port call turnaround optimization opportunities.
